Nothing about what we do is possible without the expert care, knowledge and attention to detail of our growers. We source much of our produce from local farms and regularly visit their fields to follow the progress of the crops. It is our growers' passion for the job that allows us to deliver the very best produce from the region. We are proud to be involved throughout the process and delight in seeing new crops and varieties at harvest time.

Once harvested and delivered to our temperature controlled warehouse we work hard to ensure it is stored, and handled sympathetically. Our experienced quality control team make sure that the growers' passion is replicated in our operation. We monitor the quality of the produce daily and use our tracebility system to ensure only the freshest produce reaches your kitchen. This enhanced freshness is evident in the beautiful flavour, colour and texture of the produce.

It is our firm belief that we have a responsibility to work in partnership with other local producers and should use our joint knowledge and infrastructure to bring you the best local producers have to offer. We have reciprocal arrangements with many locally based food companies and pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have.

We know that in today’s foodie world, the provenance and locality of your produce is all important. We have over the years, amassed a large base of local growers that are all incredibly passionate and dedicated to what they do. Ranging from people that grow Organic Vegetables right up to stunning Salad Leaves we have an ever increasing supply of wonderfully tasty produce. The company is aware of its influence on the environment and the impact that its operations can have. We make every effort to minimise the effects by doing things like using raw materials and packaging with minimal impact on the environment, avoiding the use of excessive packaging and recycling waste materials where possible. We use licensed waste cariers and are always trialling new packaging methods with bio-degradable bags and boxes if available. It is this passion for our environment that sets us apart from our competitors.
